We are different from other wedding photographers because we don't believe you should be worried about scheduling your memories to happen in a specific block of hours. The memories that make your wedding day special will happen when they happen. It's our job to be there to capture it when they do, so every package we offer includes unlimited time. Every wedding is a blend of the traditional and the moments that make it uniquely yours. We attend your wedding rehearsal to make sure we know what those unique moments are and where we need to be to make sure we capture the moments for you - that's OUR job. Robert Rademacher reviewed Over the past three years, we have been to weddings where Hawkins Photography has worked, including our own. I just can’t say enough about these two. It started when we met them at the Lansing Bridal Show in January of 2016. My wife and I purposely had a long engagement period so that we could shop around and find the best of the best vendors.
As soon as we met Kelly and Stacey, we knew our search for a photographer was over. Too many photographers it seems to just be just a job, “you pay us this much and you get us for three or four hours.” With these two, however, it’s their passion! Every wedding that we’ve seen Kelly at, he was there for rehearsal and all day of the wedding, and I mean ALL day until the last song is played at the reception, taking thousands of pictures in all. If we had told him about the bachelor/bachelorette party, he probably would have been there as well! The engagement pictures that he took are treasures to us. We don’t know of any couple, who used Hawkins photography, that didn’t fall in love with them. They make the photo shoots so much fun, everybody is laughing and enjoying themselves. The quality of the pictures are unsurpassed as well, and you get them all with no strings attached or hidden fees.

Hawkins Photography is the best choice when deciding on a photographer. When I talked with Kelly at the bridal show I knew that he would be perfect for my wedding. My husband and I are naturally shy people and don’t like to be the center of attention but he made us feel comfortable and relaxed. He spent time getting to know us both so that he would know what kind of photos would be important to us. I also loved the fact that there was no time limit when it came to the wedding day. He was there from the moment we started getting ready until the moment we went home for the night. He also took videos during the wedding so we didn’t have to find a separate company for those. On top of all of that his wife Stacy does an amazing job on the photo album we received. It is made out of quality material so I know it will last us many years. Everyone I show the album to is very impressed with how it turned out.
I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for our special day. I definitely have been recommending them to any of my friends that are getting married soon. You really won’t find a better deal than what they offer. They really care about their clients are down to earth people and that’s what drew me in when I first met them.
